## Recent thinking (as of 2026-05-22)

Lately Kevin has been writing a lot about AI and agentic engineering — specifically how
to use AI agents effectively without losing ownership of the work (agent skills design,
docs as a superpower with LLMs, security practices in Claude Code, trust and autonomy
tradeoffs in agentic coding). Alongside that: a thread on productivity systems
(TickTick, todo design), and more personal essays on living deliberately — staying
close to friends geographically, disconnecting from frictionless convenience, and
whether consuming ideas has crowded out producing them.
